It's Julie here...and what a cute card...I seen this on a tutorial...so no it's not my original idea...but how cute to make if you are having a summer b-day party or just for a b-day card...the trick to this card is to slide the ribbon up the stick to keep it closed...slide it down to open it...Good Luck happy scrapping!
